Net metering is approved by the local DISCOM, not by Vira Solar. We have an in-house net metering desk that prepares the file, submits it and follows up with the division until the meter is set. The process is part of the kit price, not a separate charge. Approval time varies by division.

How long does net metering take in Eastern UP?

It depends on the division, complete documents and inspection slots. We give a realistic range after seeing the local office practice — not a guaranteed number of days.
