Our in-house net metering desk files the papers and follows up with the DISCOM until the meter is set and the system is handed over.
PM Surya Ghar
Subsidy up to ₹1,08,000 on a home rooftop.
₹78,000 central plus ₹30,000 UP top-up. We file the papers. Approval stays with the portal.
Finance
Easy finance, up to 100% of the system.
Up to 100% of the system can be financed. Government banks start around 5.5% a year and private banks and NBFCs around 7%. We help you put the loan file together with the subsidy application.

What does Vira Solar sell?
On-grid and hybrid solar kits in 3, 4, 5 and 6 kW. Each kit page lists the items: panel company, panel wattage, panel count, inverter, DC/AC/earth cable size (sq mm) and included metres.
Which companies are available?
Tata, Adani, Waaree and UTL. Each brand has a TOPCon panel set and a bifacial panel set. Hybrid kits also have tubular or lithium battery at 24 V or 48 V.
Is the price the same for 1 kit and for bulk?
No. One kit is billed at the single-kit rate. Five or more kits are billed at the bulk rate, ₹5,000 less per kit. Ask for a quote with the quantity you need.
Who can buy a kit?
A homeowner can buy one kit. A solar agency, installer or any other buyer can order one kit or bulk.
What does the kit price cover?
Panels, inverter, battery on hybrid kits, structure, cable, ACDB/DCDB, earthing and civil work, plus installation by one of our own teams and the net-metering process. Only the subsidy release sits with the government portal.
How much subsidy can a UP home claim?
Up to ₹78,000 from PM Surya Ghar and up to ₹30,000 from the Uttar Pradesh top-up, so up to ₹1,08,000 in total on a residential rooftop. Our in-house desk files the application, but eligibility, approval and payout are decided by the PM Surya Ghar portal and UPNEDA.
Can I finance the system instead of paying in full?
Yes. Government banks run rooftop solar loans from around 5.5% a year and private banks and NBFCs from around 7%, and up to 100% of the system can be funded. We help with the file, but sanction, the final rate and the tenure are decided by the bank.
Who installs and who handles service later?
Vira Solar has 20+ in-house installation teams and 1,300+ rooftops behind it, so no part of the job is handed to a day contractor. After handover, one company customer care number covers service, warranty claims and inverter problems.
Does on-grid solar work during a power cut?
A standard on-grid inverter shuts down during an outage for safety. If selected loads must stay on, choose a hybrid kit.
