Residential solar subsidy in Uttar Pradesh
Up to ₹1,08,000 for a UP home: ₹78,000 central plus ₹30,000 state. Amounts and eligibility stay with the portals.
Two layers, two portals
Eligible domestic consumers may apply for PM Surya Ghar central assistance and, in Uttar Pradesh, a published state top-up. They are not the same file and they are not paid by Vira Solar.
Published slabs, live rules
Central slabs are commonly described as ₹30,000 per kW for the first 2 kW and ₹18,000 per kW up to 3 kW, maximum ₹78,000. The UP top-up is commonly described as ₹15,000 per kW, maximum ₹30,000. Stacked, that is up to ₹1,08,000 for an eligible home. Always check pmsuryaghar.gov.in and upneda.org.in before you treat those as final.
What the installer covers instead
Our quoted price already includes installation, civil work and the net-metering process, and our in-house desk files both subsidy applications for you. The money itself is released by the government, not by us.
What we will not say
We will not promise a disbursement date or a guaranteed rupee amount. Eligibility and subsidy are subject to applicable government rules and portal approval.
Questions
Is Vira Solar a UPNEDA office?
No. We are a private residential installer that helps with paperwork.
